The national event brought together over 100 Miracle League athletes with disabilities from 26 states and Mexico for a full All-Star experience.
Gillis and Hayes had a blast participating with their teams. Both also brought back All Star bats engraved with their names and All Star rings.
Hayes enjoyed a trip to the Arch, Busch Stadium and the St. Louis Zoo.
“It was an awesome trip and thank you to everyone who made it possible for me to go,” Hayes said.
The Gillis family also enjoyed the All-Star experience in St. Louis and seeing the sights and sounds around town.
