Four Florida men apprehended after thefts

BLACKSHEAR — Four Live Oak, Fla., men have been apprehended after a night of entering autos and committing a string of felonies.

In the early morning hours of Monday, September 1, 2025, several people near the high school became the victims of the armed thieves.

The suspects were identified as Youseph Xavier Robinson, Lucas Neria Rebolledo, Dwayne Curtis Ryan and Gavyn Bruce Sillman. They drove from Live Oak to Blackshear in the cover of darkness.

The foursome was entering autos, stealing money, guns and shot at a home owner who confronted them. They then fled back to Live Oak.

Pierce County deputies immediately responded at approximatley 4:15 a.m., and were able to get a tag number and description from a witness.

The Office of the Sheriff in Suwannee County, Fla., was contacted. By 10:36 p.m., the first suspect in custody. Shortly thereafter, the other three suspects were taken into custody.

“I would like to personally thank Suwannee County Sheriff Sam St. John and his fine team of deputies for their swift response,” said Pierce County Sheriff Ramsey Bennett. “The teamwork of deputies and sheriffs across state lines was flawless and made solving this case easy.”

Robinson and Rebolledo are currently in Pierce County custody while the other two are in the custody of the Suwannee County Sheriff and are awaiting extradition back to Pierce County.

• Possession of Methamphetamine: Hunter Dalton Ingalls, 33, was arrested Tuesday, September 2 and charged with felony Possession of Methamphetamine.

Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy Hunter Griffin conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Ingalls.

•Aggravated Assault/ Family Violence, Possession of Firearm During Commission of a Crime, Battery/Family Violence, Reckless Conduct: Jose Alberto Nolasco Garcia, 21, was arrested Saturday, September 6 and charged with felony Aggravated Assault/Family Violence, Possession of Firearm During Commission of a Crime, misdemeanor Battery/Family Violence, and Reckless Conduct.

Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy Hunter Griffin responded to an area in Pierce County ending with the arrest of Garcia.

• Possession of Methamphetamine: Gin a Lovell Tolbert, 36, was arrested Friday, September 5 and charged with felony Possession of Methamphetamine.

Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy Travis Courson responded to an area in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Tolbert.
