Authorities said Roland was wanted in Livingston Parish on two counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile and two counts of Solicitation of a Minor with a Computer.

Ware County Sheriff’s Det. Dakota York responded about 3:30 p.m. September 8 to a residence on Tebeau Street in reference to the warrant from Louisiana. York ascertained Roland was a resident of the address, and during surveillance of the residence, a vehicle arrived at the location.

York recognized the subject in the vehicle as Roland and placed him in custody on the outstanding warrant from Louisiana.

Roland was transported to the Ware County Jail for booking later that afternoon.
