• DUI, Failure to Have License on Person, Operating of Unr egistered Vehicle/Vehicle without current License Plate/Decal, Speeding: Brittany Bohanon, 23, was arrested Monday, August 25 and charged with DUI, Failure to Have License on Person, Operating of Unregistered Vehicle/Vehicle without current License Plate/Decal and Speeding.
• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant: Dustin Grffin, 41, was arr ested August 25 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.
• Outstanding Failure to Register as Sex Offender warrant: John Herrin, 61, was arr ested Monday, August 25 on an outstanding Failure to Register as Sex Offender warrant.
• Seat Belt Violation, Possession of Firearm of Knife during a Commission of Certain Felonies, Marijuana Possession less than 1 oz., Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Dusty Little, 43, was arr ested August 25 and charged with Seat Belt Viol ation, Posses sion of Firearm of Knife during a Commission of Certain Felonies, Marijuana Possession less than 1 oz., and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
• Outstanding Failure to Appear warr ant: Melanie Washington, 54, was arr ested Monday, August 25 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.
• Disorderly Conduct: Danielle Capps, 34, was arrested Tuesday, August 26 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct. Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call on Highway 301 in reference to a female in the roadway.
• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Expired Tag, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Marijuana Possession less than 1 oz. and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Andy Johns, 57, was arrested August 26 and charged with Driving While License Sus pended or Revoked, Expired Tag, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Marijuana Possession less than 1 oz. and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects.
Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Browntown Road in reference to a wanted subject.
• Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to Distribute: Jason Chapman, 49, was arr ested Wednesday, August 27 and charged with Possession of Methamp hetamine with intent to Distribute (two counts).

• Outstanding Crimi nal Trespass warrant: Marshall Greene, 60. was arrested August 27 on an outstanding Criminal Trespass warrant.
• Family Violence: Dena Bawkin, 50, was arrested Thursday, August 28 and charged with Family Violence, Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 400 block of Riverside Road in reference to a domestic dispute.
• Theft by Shoplifting, Failure to Appear, Theft by Taking: Ronald Cheatham, 56, was arrested August 28 and charged with Theft b y Shoplifting, Failure to Appear and Theft by Taking.
Brantley County deputies responded to Satilla Grocery in reference to shoplifting.
• Seat Belt Violation, Possession of Marij uana: Mitchell Mcclellen, 44, was arrested Friday, August 29 and charged with Seat Belt Violation and Possession of Marijuana.
• Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Homero Rodrigues, 40, was arrested
August 29 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

• DUI, Failure to Have License on Person, Headlight Requirements: Jamel Smith, 24, was arr ested Saturday, August 30 and charged with DUI, Failure to Have License on Person and Headlight Requirements.
Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic ttop on Highway 301 in reference to headlight out.
• DUI, Endangering a Child by DUI: Derrick Campbell, 39, was arrested Monday, September 1 and charged with DUI and Endangering a Child by DUI.
• DUI, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz., Possession of Drug Related Objects: Jason Gurke, 36, was arrested September 1 and charged with DUI, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz. and Possession of Drug Related Objects.
• DUI, Speeding, Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended Canceled or Revoked License: Ricky Walker, 39, was arrested Monday, September 1 and charged with DUI, Speeding, and Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended Canceled or Revoked License.
• DUI, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Driving While License Suspended or Rev oked, Hit and Run: Cris Pavlish, 55, was arrested Tuesday, September 2 and charged with DUI, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, and Hit & Run.
• Outstanding warrants of Battery, Obstructing or Hindering Person Making Emergency Call, Cruelty to Child ren: Kevin Douberly, 43, was arrested September 2 and charged with the following outstanding warrants, Battery, Obstructing or Hindering Person Making Emergency Call, and Cruelty to Children (two counts).

• Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer, head/Taillight Requirements: Harold Bargeron, 34, was arrested Thursday, September 4 and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude police Officer and head/Taillight Requirements.

• Outstanding Sexual Battery warrant: Joshua Walker, 34, was arrested September 4 on an outstanding Sexual Battery warrant.
• Disorderly Conduct: Penny King, 40, was arr ested Friday, September 5 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Expired Tag, Tag Light Required, Driving to Exercise Due Care, Seat Belt Violation, Marijuana Possession Less than 1oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, DUI: Brian Tyler, 57, was arrested September 6 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Expired Tag, Tag Light Req uired, Driving to Exercise Due Care, Seat Belt Violation, Marijuana Possession Less than 1oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects and DUI.
