Valdosta State University (VSU) has an nounced the Summer 2025 dean’s list. More than 450 students were named. Three from Pierce County include: Jonah Allen, Becky Thigpen and Kenzie Meeks, all of Blackshear. To qualify for the dean’s list at VSU, students must achieve a semester grade point average °f 3-5° ° r higher on nine or more semester hours with an institutional grade point average of 3.00 or higher.
Nathan Krichoff was named to the president’s list at College of Coastal Georgia in Brunswick for spring, 2025 semester. To be named to the President’s List, a student must be enrolled in at least 12 hours of course work and achieve a grade point average (GPA) of 4.00 for the term. Allison Lanier was named to the dean’s list at College of Coastal Georgia for spring semester 2025. The students named to the Dean’s List achieved a GPA of between 3.5 to 3.99 while enrolled in at least six hours in the given term.
