Unison Behavioral Health Human Resources Director Laura Fullard (left) recently was recognized for 35 years of service with the organization. Fullard received a certificate of service from Chief Executive Officer Tiffany Henderson as part of the recognition. Fullard began her career with Unison in 1990 as a secretary/typist. In 1992, Fullard was promoted to an Administrative Clerk and transferred to the Personnel Department in 1994 shifting her focus to HR. In 2004, Unison restructured the personnel department to HR at which time Fullard became an HR Assistant. She has served in her current capacity since 2011. Fullard also has served as the Chair of the HR Committee for the Georgia Association of Community Service Boards (GACSB) for approximately 10 years and served as mentor and advisor to many HR staff throughout the GACSB network. She is known as a pillar of support, champion for employees, and a guiding force behind workplace culture and leadership.
