Kelly in Fitzgerald, Georgia, Miss Dorothy Watts of Fitzgerald became the bride of Mr. Lee Otis Brinson of Waycross, Georgia. From that blessed day forward, the two became one: Mr. and Mrs. Lee Otis Brinson.
Dorothy and Otis first met at South Georgia College in Douglas, Georgia, during the 1970–71 school year.
Their friendship grew into a lasting love that carried them through their studies and on to Georgia Southern College in Statesboro, Georgia, where they both graduated.
