Do you inquire of the Lord?

There comes a day when one realizes they’re bound. Just as sure of that discovery and right before their lens, the desire to be free is no longer a foregone conclusion. There is also a weight that comes along. To their chagrin, change is in the mirror. As the mirror of change continuously presses upon their hearts and minds. They begin to do something different about the quiet noise. In the annals of their minds they yearn to seek, knock, and ask. Who do they inquire of? It's the Lord. There are all these questions: How do I ask God whom I can’t see, hear, or touch? But yet I am to seek, knock, and ask.

For I am the LORD thy God that holds thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. Isaiah 41:13 JUB One does so by praying or crying out to Him. He will answer even in the midst of their disturbance, crisis, test, or grief. Yes, in the midst of it all, one must place it all in His hands. No, they can’t put it in His physical hands. Certainly prayer is the answer and that puts it on the altar of His heart. That’s the place where there will be a heart-toheart connection. This guarantee is sure; He will answer whosoever that comes to Him earnestly.

Just as He has answered countless others before.

'And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32 So we are clear: He is a Spirit. He will most assuredly respond in the midst of calamity, devastation, heartbreak, joy, and peace. Let’s just say God is a good-good Father. Don’t let the fact that He is not visible be your crutch, not to pray. Truly, truth is the pathway to freedom. Quantifiably, where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty. So pray and put your struggles, sorrows, pain, wounds and fears in His hands. Confidently, God will answer one way or another.

For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Corinthians 3:17 NLT Warning, God is not a genie in a bottle or a lamp or anything else superficial. He is the God of the Universe. That’s important to understand because there are many chasing miracles instead of pursuing God. Something else to ponder as believers: We are never alone. He will never leave us nor forsake us. In every trial, test, tribulation, and triumph He is there. What do you have to lose? You’ve tried in every way to get out of your uncomfortable and even painful circumstances.

For one believes with his heart and is justified, and declares with his mouth and is saved. Romans 10:10 ISV The question becomes; are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? If your answer is yes, this is the day. This is the day of salvation, this is the day of change, this is the day you lay down the old you. Put all of your care in His hands. Watch God be God in your life. Allow Him to prove it to you. How can one be so confident in a God whom we can’t see? He has proven over and over again that He is the One True Living God. The God of Abraham, Issac, Jacob and He won’t fail. His track record is errorproof. It’s time to make that change. What are you waiting for? He awaits your call at this very moment.
