Born August 6, 1968, in Hazlehurst, Mrs. Mack spent her childhood in Pierce County then spent several years in Fitzgerald before returning to Pierce County 18 years ago. A devoted homemaker, she had a passion for antiquing, “pickin’,” and restoring furniture.
Mrs. Mack also enjoyed painting, gardening, visiting Fernandina Beach, listening to 80’s rock music, and taking rides down country dirt roads. She loved lighthouses and found joy in simple pleasures, but above all, she cherished her family and treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Mack was the daughter of the late Joseph Morris and Nora Stephens Richardson. She was also preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Dianna Sumner; her niece, Sheena Johnson; and her nephew, Little John Mack, Jr.
She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Randy Mack of Blackshear; her children, Michelle Mack of Waycross, Lynn (Bryan) Watson of Fitzgerald, Adison Mack of Blackshear, and Michael Mack of Blackshear; her sister, Kimberly (Jay) Hewitt of Jesup; brothers-in-law, John Allen Mack of Jesup and Kevin Mack of Nahunta; 10 beloved grandchildren, Michael Mack, Brylynn Watson, Kandon Kinnon, Taylor Mack, K.J. Mack, Josie Mack, Harper Kinnon, Blakelynn Watson, Hunter Kinnon, and Bowen Kinnon; nieces and nephews, Hope Hutchinson, Jayson Hutchinson, Jolene Hewitt, Leeann Mack, Harlee Mack and Maegan Gibbs; along with several extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorialization is by cremation.
