WAYCROSS – Eula Jean Higginbotham, 93, of Waycross passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross.
Born in Toledo, Ohio, Mrs. Higginbotham’s parents were Perlee Chester Falls and Willie Pearl Jones Falls. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Wendall Higginbotham; her daughter, Suzanne Higginbotham; and her son, Mark Higginbotham.
Mrs. Higginbotham earned her RN degree in New York and was a nurse for Dr. Terry’s office. She was a member for 58 years at Faith Temple Church in Waycross.
Mrs. Higginbotham enjoyed the little things in life like sewing but could also be a little bullheaded from time to time.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Mary Fals of Waycross; two nieces, Sherry Mora and Donna Fals both of Waycross; a nephew, Tim Fals of Pennsylvania; and also other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held Friday, September 5, 2025 at 1pm at Faith Temple Church in Waycross.
