WAYNESVILLE — Daniel Shederick Cohen, Sr. 87, of Waynesville, GA passed away Saturday morning, August 23, 2025 at his resident.
Cohen was born March 15, 1938 in Waynesville (Sandhill) to the late Rebual and Loretta Radford Cohen.
He is survived by his loving wife for 43 years, Bessie R. Cohen of Waynesville; three sons, Daniel S. Cohen, Jr. (Trylene) of Waynesville, Micheal L. Cohen of Tifton and Jeffery (Hinesta) Cohen of Waynesville; two daughters, Paula Daniels and Maxine Daniels, both of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; three stepchildren, Calvin L. Baker, Deborah Baker and Angela Baker Robinson, all of Nahunta.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 11 a.m., at Greater St. Matthew’s in Waynesville.
Martin’s Funeral Home of Brunswick is in charge of arrangements.
