Charles Tankersley, 46, and his passener, Constance Herring, 43, were transported to Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick following the August 23, 9:40 p.m. accident on Hwy. 110 near Atkinson Road.

Tankersley was traveling south on Hwy. 110 driving a 2024 Honda Rubicon, according to the report of Georgia State Patrol Trooper Dallas Harper. He attempted to make a left turn onto Atkinson Road.

The four-wheeler went onto the right two wheels causing both Tankersley and Herring to fall off. The Honda Rubicon came to rest on the southbound shoulder of Hwy. 110.
