CANEY BAY — Brantley County heads into the second week of the 2025 season looking for its first win.
The Lady Herons (02), who tied Charlton County 6-6 in a scrimmage, fell 6-5 to Wayne and 3-0 to ECI in a Saturday, August 2 doubleheader in Jesup.
BCHS’s lone game last week at Appling County Tuesday, August 5 was rained out.
The Lady Herons played Monday, August 11 in Douglas against Coffee in a jayvee/varsity doubleheader.
Region 1 play started Tuesday, August 12 with Thomasville visiting. The two teams will play a doubleheader Thursday, August 14 in Thomasville.
Brantley County will host region foe Berrien Tuesday, August 19 in a jayvee/varsity doubleheader. The threegame series concludes Thursday, August 21 in Nashville.
