Descendants of Joseph and Agnes Peacock recently gathered for a two-day reunion. The main event was held August 2 at The Banter on Central Avenue in Blackshear with approximately 80 people in attendance.
The previous evening, approximately 25 family members gathered at the recently restored home on Strickland Avenue which once belonged to Joseph and Agnes Peacock. A good time was had by all on both days.
Joseph and Agnes’ children (all deceased) are Bertie Mae Peacock Tillman, Hubert Peacock, Rosalie Peacock White, Harry Peacock and Cassie Peacock Brigman.
