Cary Lee Lovell, 33, of Blackshear, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2025, from injuries he received in a motorcycle accident in Waycross.
Born in Waycross, June 8, 1992, he lived in Pierce County all his life. He was a delivery driver for CBR and enjoyed fishing, riding four-wheelers and motorcycles. He loved to go on vacation and explore new places.
He was a member of Blackshear First United Methodist Church but was currently attending Remnant Church in Waycross.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Daniel Frank Jr. and Shirley Amelia Wallis Gill and by his paternal grandparents, Willie Monroe Lovell and Mary Lee Boatright Lovell Floyd.
Survivors include his son, Gradon Bowe, Waycross; his fiance’, Paitan Cole, Blackshear; his parents, Sherry Lee Gill Lovell, Blackshear and Jerry Wayne Lovell of Blackshear; two sisters, Mary Ferrell and Erica Lovell, all of Blackshear; four brothers, Terry Lovell, Gary (Sarah) Lovell, and Wayne Lovell, all of Blackshear and Wendell (Emily) Lovell, Waycross; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be from 3-4 p.m. Thursday, August 7, at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, August 7, from the Pearson-Dial Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will be held in the Waters Cemetery.
