Capt. Trent Gibbs (center), Special Operations Section Commander with the Waycross Police Department, was the guest speaker at a recent weekly luncheon meeting of the Waycross Exchange Club. Gibbs informed the members about juvenile violence in the city and how the police department is addressing the problem.
