The Blackshear Exchange Club was honored to have former District 10 Director and past President of the Exchange Club of Waycross Roger Collins install this year’s new officers.
Officers include Stacey Thrift, president, Chris Shimkus, past president and new secretary, Katrina Cone, president-Elect and Renee Choate and Nick Roberson, board members.
Officers not present were Treasurer Jennifer Martin and board members Stephen James, Merina Spell, Teresa Murphy and Kim Williamson.
