Blackshear Police Department has launched its new app.
The new app officially went online last week according to Blackshear Police Chief Chris Wright.
The Android app will offer real-time notifications from the Blackshear Police Department for announcements such as road closures, safety threats, weather alerts and other relevant information. The app will also provide the ability to submit an anonymous tip with a photo or video as well as the ability to mark your location with GPS services.
Information about the department will also be included.
