• David Richard Sears, 60, and Connie Marie Chancy, 47, were arrested Wednesday, July 9, and both were charged with felony - possession of methamp hetamine and misdemeanor - possession of drug related objects.
Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Unit Investigators Wayne Mercer, Greg Nettles and Bryce Edwards conducted a Fourth Amendment Waiver Search at a residence in Pierce County. The search led to the arrest of Sears and Chancy.
