County Manager Raphel Maddox (left) led the pledge of allegiance and Fourth District County Commissioner David Lowman led the invocation at the county commission’s July regular meeting. Maddox is a retired first sergeant following 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. Lowman is currently serving his second term on the county commission.
