South Georgia Casket Company recently hosted an open house at its manufacturing facility in Pierce County.
The company, owned by Jody Gill, specializes in handcrafting fine wooden caskets and urns. They have been making high-quality caskets and urns for over eight years.
All caskets and urns are manufactured right here in Blackshear, by the company’s highly skilled professionals. The caskets and urns are available throughout Southeastern United States.
“Our company may be well known for its caskets and urns, but we also provide a full custom millwork operation including various architectural elements such as exposed timber framing on light commercial and residential construction projects, custom furniture, custom millwork and other requested custom designs,” Gill said.
