Sheriff’s Report

• Outstanding Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers warrant: Dalton Case, 35, was arr ested Tuesday, June 10 on an outstanding Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers warrant.

• Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Driving Without License, and Giving False Name, Address, or Birthdate to Law Enforcement: Melissa Riley, 43, was arrested June 10 and charged with Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Driving Without License, and Giving False Name, Address, or Birthdate to Law Enforcement.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Highway 301 in reference to a stolen tehicle.

• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant: Ant onio Johnson, 45, was arrested Wednesday, June 11 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Robert Farrell, 30, was arrested Friday, June 13 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Theft by Taki ng: Tabitha Kilgore, 35, was arrested Saturday, June 14 and charged with Theft by Taking after deputies responded to a call.

• Marijuana Possession less than 1 oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Possession of a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance With Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Ashley Menshouse, 38, was arrested June 14 and charged with Mari juana Posses sion less than 1 oz., Poss ession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Possession of a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance With Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Highway 301 and Laural Road in reference to an agency assist.

• Criminal Trespassing: Daniel Anderson, 42 was arr ested Sunday, June 15 and charged with Criminal Trespassing.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call on Princess Di Lane in reference to an eviction.
