Emma Brown of Blackshear is the newly crowned American Junior Miss Blackshear. Brown is the daughter of Dalton and Logan Flanagan and is a student in the Pierce County School System. Brown will be competing in the Reigning American Miss National Pageant to be held July 11-13 in Brunswick. Brown is currently raising funds to compete in the pageant.
