WAYCROSS — Mrs. Sandra Ann Parr, 71, passed away early Friday morning, May 30, 2025, at Memorial Satilla Health.
She was born October 12, 1953 in Waycross to the late Elbert and Evel y n Aldridge. Mrs. Parr formerly worked alongside her husband as a self-employed truck driver.
She was a devoted mother and homemaker who deeply loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and dogs. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, and keeping her home extremely clean. Mrs. Parr was a wonderful person who never met a stranger and enjoyed everyone. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Parr of Blackshear; two children, Stacy McNutt of Tifton, and Greg Burroughs of Palm Coast, Fla.; two stepchildren, Ashley Parr and Barrett Parr (Allisha), all of Fitzgerald; grandchildren, Brandon McNutt (Katie Beth), Christina McNutt (Elias Serrano), Crystal Burroughs, Tiffany McIntyre (Davin), Christopher Burroughs, Tracker and Cheyenne Parr; great grandchildren, Brooks McNutt, Charleigh Mc-Nutt, Elijah and Benjamin Serrano; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held Monday, June 2 at the Music Funeral Home Chapel.
