JESUP — Infant Parker Lee Perez, son of Keaton Perez and Chelsea Dixon passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Jesup.
Survivors include his parents, Keaton Perez and Chelsea Dixon of Jesup; paternal grandparents, Rev. Tommy and Melanie Gill of Hoboken, Vicki Douberly of Hortense and Angel Perez of Green Cove Springs, Fla.; maternal grandparents, Tommy and Lorranie Dixon and Arlene Dixon all of Brunswick; aunts and uncles, Michael Gill, William Dart, Payton Perez and Dolly Dixon; special aunt and uncle, Daniel and Lori.
A funeral service was held Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Bay Harbor Brantley Church of God with Rev. Tommy Gill and Pastor Sarah Carver officiating.
A private burial followed in Little Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Payton Perez, Cody Dixon, Mattox Guest and Leighton Howard.
Arrangements were with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
