• Possession of Methamphetamine: Joseph Clenton Payne, a 48-yearold white male, was arrested Monday, May 12 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy Jack Golub conducted a traffic stop ending with Payne’s arrest
• Fleeing/Attempting to Elude Police Officers, Driving Under Influence Less Safe, Open Container in Vehicle, Failure to Obey Stop Sign, Driving too Fast for Conditions, Driving Without License, Possession of Marijuana Less than 1 ounce, Possession and Use of Drug-Related Objects: Oscar Gonzales Lagunas, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, was arrested Tuesday, May 13 and charged with Fleeing/Attempting to Elude Police Officers, Driving Under Influence Less Safe, Open Container in Vehicle, Failure to Obey Stop Sign, Driving too Fast for Conditions, Driving Without License, Possession of Marijuana Less than 1 ounce, and Possession and Use of Drug-Related Objects Pierce County Sheriff’s ACE Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer and Deputy Hunter Griffin responded to an area in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Lagunas.
• Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Scheduled IV Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug-Related Objects: Kimberly Nicole O’Brien, a 45-year-old white female, was arrested Tuesday, May 13 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Scheduled IV Controlled Substance and the Possession of Drug-Related Objects.
Pierce County Sheriff’s ACE Unit Investigators Greg Nettles and Mercer assisted other law enforcement in serving a Felony Probation Warrant at a residence which ended in O’Brien’s arrest.
• Possession of Methamphetamine: Patricia Lynn Lane, a 60year-old white female, was arrested Tuesday, May 13 and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.
Pierce County Sheriff’s ACE Unit Investigator Mercer responded to an area in Pierce County leading to Lane’s arrest.
• Possession of Cocaine, Driving Under the Influence, Driving Without License, Illegal U-Turn, Seat belt Violation: Norberto Resediz Martinez, a 33year-old Hispanic male, was arrested Thursday, May 15 and charged with Possession of Cocaine, Driving Under the Influence, Driving Without License, Illegal U-Turn and Seat belt Violation.
Pierce County Sheriff’s K9 Sgt. Michael James was requested to assist Georgia State Patrol in a traffic stop in Pierce County ending with the arrest of Martinez.
