Pierce County High School graduates Hanny Plata and Gabriel McKinney were the recipients of scholarships given by C.C. Stephens Amvets Post 621 and the Amvets Riders. The graduates received the grants during Senior Honors Night. Flanking the students are Amvets members Guylee Washington (left) and Alton Bennett, who presented the scholarships.
