PCHS Theatre Department ends year with ‘The Little Mermaid’

The Pierce County High School Theatre Department recently presented their production of the Disney musical “The Little Mermaid” as their final production of the 2024-2025 season.

The production was directed by Rebecca Sermons and Assistant Director Addison Folette. Kelcy Ricketson was the choreographer. Set and rod puppets were created for the show by Soleil Crane, Leslie Crane, and David Crane. The show main cast included Paige Folette, Dierks Altman, Livie Metts, Emma Thornton, Melvin Sallet, Mattie Lee, Abby Godwin, Zacch Lyons, Morgan Gros-Ventre, Kara Albritton, Kaley Bartolotta, Addison Folette, Brandon Griffin and Layla Melton.

Featured characters included Ella Gill, Tatiana Ursrey, McKenzie Barclift, Trinity Eason, Starr Good and Kianna Rodriguez.

The ensemble cast included Briley Harris, Passion Melton, Aria Harwood, Maddie Moore and Gracie Phillips.

The dance team included Emilee Robbins, Abigail Rozier, Tatiana Ursrey, McKenzie Barclift and Layla Woods. The tech team was Olivia Thomas and Lilly Moore.
