Mollie Chancey of Patterson won first place in the National Association of Teachers of Singing, Southeastern Division Auditions over the weekend. Chancey is a music major in the Fred and Dinah Gretsch School of Music at GSU and is a member of GSU’s University Singers. She studies under Arikka Gregory and formerly studied under Professor Caroline Smith. She is a 2021 graduate of Pierce County High School, where she performed in chorus and with the Literary Team.
