• Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Speeding, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Failure to Maintain lane, Reckless Driving, Seat Belt Violation, Receipt, Possession or Transfer or Firearm by Convicted Felon, Theft By Taking, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies: Joseph Buchanan, 34, was arrested Monday, May 5 and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Speeding, Driving While License Suspended or Rev oked, Failure to Maintain lane, Reckless Driving, Seat Belt Violation, Receipt, Possession or Transfer or Firearm by Convicted Felon, Theft By Taking, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies.
Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 82 in reference to a stolen vehicle.
• Disorderly Conduct: Brandi Long, 41, was arr ested Tuesday, May 6 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct. Brantl e y County deputies responded to 100 block of Couper Road in reference to a physical altercation.
• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, No Proof of Insurance, No Tag, and Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal or Misrepresent: Dewayne Crews, 35, was arr ested Wednesday, May 7 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, No Proof of Insurance, No Tag, and Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal or Misrepresent.
There was no report to go with the incident.
• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Michael Todd, 25, was arr ested Thursday, May 9 on an outstanding Probation warrant.
• Outstanding Stalking warr ant: Kristen Crews, 37, was arr ested Friday, May 9 on an outstanding Stalking warrant.
• Outstanding Theft by Deception warrant: Timothy Pafford, 45, was arrested May 9 on an Outstanding Theft by Deception Warrant.
• Outstanding Failure to Register as Sex Offender warrant, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Martin Carter, 38, was arrested Saturday, May 10 on an 0utstanding Failure to Register as Sex Off ender warrant.
While being arrested, he was also charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant: Robert Outz, 60, was arr ested May 10 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.
• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant: Michael Smith, 28, was arrested Saturday, May 10 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.
