The Blackshear Exchange Club was honored to have April Watkins from Called to Care speak at their meeting last week. The club was thankful to be able to donate funds toward this special cause. Watkins is the director of Pierce-Bacon chapter of Called to Care, a non profit ministry that helps foster children and those in need. “All of our donations stay in our community.
