The cold temperatures of this past winter have not hindered the arrival of spring coming to these parts. This Confederate Jasmine covers a fence at a Hacklebarney Home. Daisies, tulip trees and other blooms seem to say “Come on, Springtime!” Many welcome warmer temperatures and the beauty of southern flowers and blooming trees.
