JESUP — Dianne Beasley Robinson DeJarnette, 78 of Jesup, passed away Monday, April 21, 2025.
The Tattnall County native had lived in Bloomingdale and Jesup the past few years and was a member of South Newington Baptist Church. Mrs. De-Jarnette enjoyed being a homemaker and tended to her houseplants and flower garden.
She was a “shop-aholic” and enjoyed trying and cooking different kinds of foods. Mrs. De-Jarnette adored her furbaby, Sally.
Her husband and father of her children, James Robinson, preceded her in death along with her latest husband, Harry DeJarnette; sister, Marie Higginbotham, Janice Blake, Juanita Sikes, Barbara Leggett and Marjorie Keen.
Survivors are two daughters, Sheila (Andy) Heasley of Hortense and Kelly Robinson Cook of Tenn.; grandchildren, Britney Elliott Smith, Casey Boyette, Kelly Michelle Johnson and Sabrina Cook; great grandchildren, Seth, Isaiah, Dawson, Tristan, Ava, Stella and Nova; a greatgreat grandchild, Sebastian; a brother, Cohen Beasley; sisters, Sharon Exum, Audrey Robinson and Loya Wright; a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held today (Wednesday, April 30, 2025) at 1 p.m., at Rinehart Chapel with Rev. Steve McCoy officiating.
A private family interment will be in Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to services at the funeral home.
