Pierce County Board of Education recognized employees at Pierce County Middle School (PCMS) who will be retiring at the end of this school year. The retirees were recognized at the April 14 school board meeting. PCMS principal Amanda Gay gave remarks about each individual staff member. The retirees were presented with a plaque and were given a round of applause and a standing ovation during the meeting.
