Mr. Randy Ellis “Pete” Shirah, 61, died suddenly Friday morning, April 11, 2025, at his residence in Blackshear.
Shirah was born August 18, 1963 in Arkansas to the late Donald Ray Shirah and Christine Wesline Lynn. Having lived most of his life in Waycross, He was formerly employed by Architectural Innovators as a cabinet maker.
Shirah enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, racing, watching football, and sitting by fire pits spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Shirah was preceded in death by his step-father, Danny Lynn; and sister, Lisa Steedley.
Survivors include two sisters, Connie Steedley (late Allen) of Brantley County and Christy Lynn of Waycross; special nephews, Jason and Dustin Steedley; and numerous other relatives.
Memorialization is by cremation. Service information will be announced at a later date.
Music Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
