Two Red Cross blood drives in February

The American Red Cross will hold two blood drives in Pierce County during the month of February.

A blood drive will be held from 1- 6 p.m. Tuesday, February 4 at Patterson Baptist Church, 5770 East Main Street.

A blood drive will be held 16p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11 at First United Methodist Church, located at 225 Church Street, Blackshear.

Where it is safe to do so, donors are asked to book a time to give blood by using the Red Cross Blood Donor App, visiting RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).

All who come to donate blood until Feb. 28 will receive a $15 e-gift card to a merchant of choice. See RedCrossBlood.org/Flurry for details.
