ALMA — Michael Eugene Taylor, 75 of Alma, passed away suddenly January 7, 2025 at Bacon County Hospital.
Taylor was born March 23, 1949 in Knox County, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Helderman Taylor.
Survivors include his father, Bert Taylor of Monroe City, Ind.; girlfriend, Malinda Thompson; four daughters, Elizabeth Taylor of Alma, Shannon Pierce of Mitchell, Ind., Michelle Pierce of Columbia, S.C., and Dana Taylor of Alma; stepson, Tyler Thompson of Brantley County; brother, Wes Taylor (Penny) of Washington, Ind.; three sisters, Patty James of Washington, Ind., Sharon Bennett of Petersburg, Ind., and Karen Ellerman of Indianapolis, Ind.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Crosby Funeral Home of Alma is in charge of arrangemets.
