JESUP — Kathryn Carol James, 71 of Jesup, passed away Thursday morning, November 7, 2024 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Jesup after an extended illness.
Born in Hillsboro, Oregon, Mars. James’ parents were Ralph Crowe and Genevie Stephens Danzer. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond James.
Mrs. James was a homemaker who loved doing genealogy and collecting coins.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-inlaw, Raymond Karl James (Jennifer) of Jesup and Kary James Vancouver, Wash.; a daughter and son-in-law, Kristine Cline (Michael) of Anniston, Ala.; nine grandchildren, Emily Van Antwerp (David), Jessica Rosenlund (Dutch), Ashton James, Kylee James, Karson James, Ava James, James Cline, Sam Cline and Corbin Cline; a great grandchild, Finn Rosenlund; a brother, Richard Elliot of Portland, Oregon; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
