The staff of The Blackshear Times would like to wish our readers a safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
The Times will be closed Thursday, Nov. 24, and Friday, Nov. 25, to allow our staff to observe the holiday with family. Deadline for news and advertising submissions for the November 30 edition will remain 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, and sooner whenever possible.
