WAYCROSS — Phanita Miller Gillette died August 31, 2024 at Baptist Village Nursing Home in Waycross.
Mrs. Gillette was born July 4, 1938 to the late Nolan and Margie Miller. She was the loving wife of Ivy Gillette.
Mrs. Gillette is survived by two sisters, Margaret Miller and Sara Edenfield of Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother, Edward Miller of Blackshear; two grandsons, Booner and Rayallen Harrell; a granddaughter, Tosha; and also a host of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Gillette loved the mountains of North Carolina and went every time she could. She will be greatly missed Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
