A scene of overwhelming joy as Pierce County High School’s (PCHS) competition cheerleaders celebrate a well-earned victory. They left to the waves and cheers of family, friends and fellow students. They returned as the State AA Champions. Local social media accounts lit up with congratulations for the team of talented young ladies that continued a winning tradition, securing the eighth state cheer title for PCHS.
