Pierce Head Start honors Padgett

The staff and especially the children of Pierce County Head Start recently honored their long-time custodian/food transporter, Paula Padgett. Coworkers say Padgett works extremely hard to keep the center looking its best and brings breakfast, lunch and a snack each day to the children. Padgett was presented with a special gift and, more importantly, lots of hugs from the children. The center is proudly administered by action pact, your local community action agency. For information on enrollment opportunities, please contact the Head Start family advocate office at (912) 449-0004.

Lining up for some hugs from Paula Padget are (l-r) Blair Dixon, Scarlett Crawford, Connor Mixon and Ja'Maree Blue.
