The Pierce County Planning Commission discuss and/or voted on the following during their regular monthly meeting Monday, November 11.
U.S. Highway 84 Rezoning: The planning commission approved recommending rezoning two acres on U.S. Highway 84 between Blackshear and Patterson from multifamily to commercial. The owner, Eric Aldridge, is planning on building a business office on the site. There was no public comment on the rezoning request. The item will now be forwarded to the county commission for final approval.
Next meeting: The planning commission will hold its next meeting at 10:30 am. Monday, Dec.10 at the courthouse annex on Nichols Street.
