Angela Marie “Angel” Howell Tanner, 44, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, following a brief illness.
She was born in Ware County to Charles Fredrick Howell and Betty Ann Smith Howell and was a 1996 graduate of Ware County Magnet School. She was a bookkeeper for various companies through the years but was currently employed with the Pierce County Board of Education. In her spare time she was a magical vacation planner who helped others plan their vacation to Disney World. She was often referred to an expert in planning those trips. She was also a member of Zenith Baptist Church in Manor.
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Courteney Blanche Mixon.
