Ware County opened defense of its 2022 state rifle title scoring a 1,138-879 home victory Thursday, January 5 over visiting Bradwell Institute. Austin Griffis garnered top scoring honors firing a 287 with 18 bullseyes. Katie Bowman posted a 285, Gabbie Howard 284 and Neve Smoak a 282 to lead the Gators.
