Waycross Police Chief Tommy Cox has confirmed a person was shot and wounded early Saturday morning and a suspect has been arrested.
According Chief Cox, the victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. The incident is still under investigation. Updates will be forthcoming as details are confirmed.
