WAYCROSS — Mr. Cleveland Barney Moore, 87, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022, at his residence in Waycross.
He was born in Telmore, Ga., to the late Charlie Moore and Louetta Roberson Moore. He retired from the United States Army as Sergeant First Class following 20 years of service. He also retired from CSX Transportation after 20 years of employment, and worked as a correctional officer for a number of years at Ware State Prison. He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 30 in Waycross.
In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by a son, Bishop William Terrell Moore.
