Brantley County commissioners had a brief agenda Tuesday to a called meeting in the County Commission office.
Only one item was listed on the agenda — an executive session.
Commissioners would not comment on the reason behind the litigation discussion and took no action when they returned to regular session. The only action taken was to call for adjournment.
County manager Brian Singleton announced there would be no action taken. They were in executive session for about an hour.
After returning to the conference room, the board reconvened the regular meeting, then called for adjournment and ended the meeting.
The commission will meet in regular session Tuesday, November 1 at 6 p.m. at the board office. The meeting is open to the public.
