The public is encouraged to join the Satilla Riverkeeper for a riverwide clean up 9-11 a.m. November 7 and help make a direct impact on the health of our waterways.
Friends of the Satilla River will gather across multiple boat landings, working together to remove litter and protect the beauty of the river for everyone to enjoy.
Volunteers are encouraged to register by signing up for the boat landing location that works best for them. Whether working solo, with friends or as part of a group, every participant plays an important role in preserving the local environment. Every piece of trash removed makes a difference to help keep our river clean, safe and thriving.
