Billee Claire Boatright of Patterson was crowned Junior Pre-Teen Queen Royalty USA 2026-2027 recently during the national competition held at the North Charleston Convention Center in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Boatright, a student at Patterson Elementary, is the daughter of Barrett and Candace Boatright of Patterson.
Boatright captured the judges’ attention with her grace, confidence and commitment to service. Competing among accomplished delegates from across the nation, Boatright earned the prestigious national title through her dedication to leadership, community service and her ability to embody the values of the Royalty USA platform, RISE: Reach, Inspire, Serve, Empower. She competed in a one-onone panel interview, evening gown, fun fashion and on-stage statement, as well as numerous optional competitions.
Over the next year, she will travel across the United States representing her title and the Royalty USA system. She will take part in community service projects, speaking engagements and public appearances aimed at uplifting others and promoting service, empowerment, and personal growth.
Along with her national crown, Boatright received scholarship money, gifts and sponsorships, courtesy of the Royalty USA National Organization and its sponsors. Her prize package also includes four trips: Hilton Head Island, SC, Hawaii, New York and Orlando.
“Winning the Royalty USA National pageant is a dream come true. I can’t wait to travel all over the United States and share my platform: Billee Claire’s Blankets ‘Covered in Love’ with others by giving out blankets and sharing God’s love,” Boatright said.
